Returns Policy

30-day returns on most gear, no restocking fee.

30-Day Return Window

Most new gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day clock starts on delivery date as confirmed by the carrier.

Eligible Items

The following can be returned within the 30-day window:

  • New gear in original packaging
  • Open-box and demo items (with original accessories)
  • Defective items (any condition)

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-built or special-order items (consoles, custom racks)
  • Vintage and used gear (sold as-is unless otherwise stated)
  • Software, plug-ins, and digital licenses (after activation)
  • Microphones if used past return inspection (hygiene)

Return Process

Start a return by contacting our team via the Returns inquiry form or by phone. We issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label for defective items and shipping errors. Customer-initiated returns of working gear are responsible for return shipping.

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging when possible
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Ship to the address provided with the RMA
  • Refunds process within 5 business days of receipt

Restocking Fees

Most returns are processed without restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply if the item is returned in incomplete or damaged condition.

Warranty Repairs

Items under VK Warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge. Contact the Tech Shop for warranty repair process.
