Most new gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day clock starts on delivery date as confirmed by the carrier.

Start a return by contacting our team via the Returns inquiry form or by phone. We issue an RMA number and a prepaid return label for defective items and shipping errors. Customer-initiated returns of working gear are responsible for return shipping.
Most returns are processed without restocking fees. A restocking fee may apply if the item is returned in incomplete or damaged condition.
Items under VK Warranty are repaired or replaced free of charge. Contact the Tech Shop for warranty repair process.
