Vintage King ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
Consoles, large surfaces, racks, and other oversized items ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and a signature. White-glove install delivery is available for an additional charge.

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us within 7 days and we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue. Document any visible damage on the carrier's delivery confirmation.
